For professional results, we recommend 3mm birch plywood or acrylic cut with a laser. For home crafters, heavy cardstock or mounting board cut with a Cricut/manual blade works great.
Technically yes, but we recommend sticking to under 500 pieces for browser performance and cut time. 1000-piece puzzles are very complex to render and cut.
Puzzles require high-resolution images. Ensure your uploaded photo is at least 2000px wide for best results, especially for larger physical sizes.
No, PuzzleGenio is a design tool. We generate the digital files (blueprints) for you to make the puzzle yourself using a printer or cutter.

DXF is a standard CAD format. It works with Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape (free), LightBurn, AutoCAD, and most laser cutter software.
Currently, we generate standard 'tab' style jigsaw pieces. We are working on adding unique whimsy shapes in a future update.
