Welcome to PuzzleGenio, an online puzzle creation platform that helps educators, puzzle enthusiasts, and content creators design custom puzzles including jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, sudoku, word search, nonograms, and bingo cards. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

PuzzleGenio provides free and premium online tools to create, customize, download, print, and share various types of puzzles. Some features use AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate puzzle content. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The PuzzleGenio platform, including its tools, interface, and design, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner is puzzlegenio.com.

• You retain full ownership of puzzles you create. You are free to use, distribute, print, and share your puzzles for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
• By making a puzzle public in our gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform. You can revoke this by removing it from the gallery.
• You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tools
• Use automated systems or bots to abuse the service or create excessive requests
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass security features or usage limitations
• Create or share puzzles containing illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service without permission

Your use of PuzzleGenio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

• PuzzleGenio offers both free and premium features. Free features have no usage limits unless stated otherwise.
• Premium purchases are processed by Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the premium features. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

When you share a puzzle:

• A unique link is created that anyone with the link can access.
• Shared puzzles without gallery approval expire after 30 days.
• Gallery-approved puzzles remain accessible until you remove them or delete your account.
• You are responsible for the content of puzzles you share publicly.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion at [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy's data retention section.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. Puzzles generated by AI may contain errors or inappropriate content — you are responsible for reviewing generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzleGenio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes errors in puzzle generation, loss of data, or service unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify PuzzleGenio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you create and share through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Singapore, unless you are in the EU (where your local consumer protection laws may apply).

We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
