They unlock exactly the same features — the difference is billing. The Pro Pass is a single $5.99 payment for 30 days of Pro that expires on its own, with no auto-renewal. The Pro subscription ($9.90/month or $69/year) renews until you cancel and costs less if you make puzzles regularly. Pick the Pass for a one-off project, the subscription for ongoing work.
No — Free exports are licensed for personal, educational, and other non-commercial use. To sell your puzzles or use them in anything paid (Etsy printables, Amazon KDP books, paid courses or tutoring), you need Pro or a Pro Pass, both of which include a full commercial license.
Yes. Any puzzle you create while Pro is active stays commercially licensed forever — your Etsy listings don't expire with your subscription. After cancelling, your account simply returns to the Free plan for new puzzles.
Anytime — email [email protected] and we'll take care of it right away. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. The Pro Pass never needs cancelling: it's a one-time payment that simply expires after 30 days.
